By browsing FatCatCatalog, creating an account, or registering a cat profile, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Once the shop opens and you place an order, the commerce parts of these terms (billing, and our Shipping & Returns policy) will apply to that order too. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account — and, when the shop opens, to place an order. By registering, you confirm you have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of any cat whose profile you create — which, pragmatically, means you are that cat's human.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@fatcatcatalog.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your account.

You retain ownership of the photos and text you post to a cat profile. By posting, you grant FatCatCatalog a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content on the catalog and in related editorial features, such as Cat of the Week.

You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that violates these terms or our community standards.

When using the catalog you agree not to:

• Post unlawful, infringing, harassing, or deceptive content.
• Impersonate another member, cat, or the FatCatCatalog team.
• Scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site or other members' experience.
• Use the community to send spam or unauthorized advertising.

Membership — an account and a registered cat — is completely free. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no membership fee of any kind, and we never ask for payment details at signup. Everything the catalog offers today (profiles, chonk ratings, follows, buddy requests, saved favorites) costs exactly nothing.

A shop is being built behind the scenes — you may have seen the crates. Until it opens, no orders can be placed and nothing is for sale on this site. When it launches, products will be one-off purchases only, with pricing shown before you confirm an order, governed by our Shipping & Returns policy as updated at launch.

The FatCatCatalog name, logo, lookbooks, and site design are our property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission. These terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or content beyond viewing and sharing within the site's intended use.

The catalog and shop are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the catalog in a way that harms others or the community. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard, after which your public cat profiles will be removed. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at fatcatcatalog.com/terms.
