The FatCatCatalog shop is coming soon. Checkout isn't built yet, so no orders can currently be placed, nothing ships, and nothing can be charged to you today. Browsing the catalog — cats, chonk ratings, and the Loaf Index — remains free.

Everything below describes the shipping and returns approach we intend to offer when orders begin. Treat it as a preview, not a promise in force: final terms will be published on this page before the first order can be placed, and the version live at your purchase will govern that purchase.

When orders begin, they will be hand-packed and typically ship within 3–5 business days. During a big seasonal launch or the holiday rush we may need up to 10 business days — if so, we'll say so on the product page. Delivery estimates start once an order leaves our studio.

Carriers and rates aren't finalized. When the shop opens, every available option and its cost will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm anything — no surprise fees after the fact. If any complimentary-shipping threshold is offered, it will be stated at checkout too, not buried here.

When orders begin, you'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as yours ships. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier; occasional delays in carrier scans are normal and don't mean your cat is being neglected.

Our intention is that unworn garments with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, with return postage covered by us when an item arrives defective or was our sizing error. Only clearly marked final-sale items would be excluded. The final return terms will appear on this page before checkout opens — until then there is simply nothing to return.

When garments exist, the fastest way to get the right fit will be to reorder the size you need and return the first. Every garment is patterned from real chonk proportions — between sizes, size up. Our Size Chart shows where and how to measure your cat, and it's live today if you want to get ahead of things.

If something ever arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement, exchange, or a full refund including return shipping.

Whether we'll ship outside the US at launch isn't settled yet. If we do, any duties and import taxes, where applicable, will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient, and delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
